I had the privilege to participate in three Open House events at SOEST (School of Ocean and Earth Science and Technology at the University of Hawaii–Manoa) under the supervision of Pr. Julia E. Hammer.
Every two years, our group performs volcanological activities for the benefit of thousands of students and parents.
During my PhD dissertation in Reunion, I also participated in “Fête de la Science” with a display of volcanic rocks to be observed by children and parents with the naked eye or a microscope.
